Use this link to find out if you were ever registered with the state, if you took a class one of the responsibilites of the program or trainer is to register you with the state.

You can use the link to find out when your certification expires, which class you attended and who the instructor was.

If not registered contact the trainer, part of the fee for the class should go to the state to register the student.

Managers can use the link to verify a server attended
a training class that is approved.
