The S.M.A.R.T. E.A.S.Y Program is approved by the state
of Utah and authorized to conduct classes that are required
by
Senate Bill 58, Eliminate Alcohol Sales to Youth.

The S.M.A.R.T. E.A.S.Y. class is for people
that sell beer for "off premise" consumption in
stores such as convience stores, grocery stores, super markets
and others. The S.M.A.R.T. E.A.S.Y. class is not for restaurant,
bar and club servers, bartenders or any others that serve
for "on premise consumption".
